Senior Electrical Technician

Trinity Marine Products is searching for a Senior Electrical Technician in our Caruthersville, MO barge facility.

What You'll Do:
  • Use blueprints, schematics, small/power tools and electronic test equipment to perform a variety of maintenance tasks and determine causes of operating problems in areas including but not limited to plumbing, electrical systems/components, HVAC, carpentry, electrical fixtures/switches/power sources and mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
  • Lay out, build, test, troubleshoot, repair and modify production electronic components, parts, switch panels, electronic equipment and systems.
  • Perform high voltage electrical repairs (e.g., controls, relays).
  • Install and repair electrical systems, apparatus, and electrical and electronic components of industrial machinery and equipment, following electrical code, manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications, using hand tools, power tools, and electrical and electronic test equipment.
  • Make electronic, mechanical, or electrical repairs on computer controlled equipment.
  • Perform PLC and/or CNC programming.
  • Troubleshoot electronically controlled production equipment.
  • Follow all safety rules and practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

  • 2 or more years of related high voltage (3 Phase 480V or higher) electrical experience
  • Understands principles of electricity/electrical control and understands general electrical schematics
  • Fully capable of trouble shooting and testing all electrical applications
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
